More Store Streamlining by Sainsbury’s

In the wake of continued uncertainty in the UK, leading businesses continue to undergo corporate restructuring in an attempt to keep financially steady. Following their merger with Argos, Sainsbury’s have announced the closure of 60-70 Argos branches, and relocating them inside their supermarkets. This is a move by Sainsbury’s to save £500m over the next five years in order keep profitable in a difficult market, and yet another example of how our high streets are changing.
