Rosalind Moore is a solicitor in the firm's Tax team.
Rosalind assists Howard Kennedy's tax team in providing advice on all aspects of UK and international tax, with particular focus on corporate and real estate transactions.
During her training contract, Rosalind has had seats in the firm's Real Estate Dispute Resolution, Capital Markets and M&A Teams. Rosalind was also previously a paralegal within the M&A Team and has a wealth of experience assisting clients in a number of sectors on corporate acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructuring, joint ventures, corporate real estate, and general company advisory and secretarial matters.
Rosalind lived in Venice while studying for part of her undergraduate degree.
