Ajay Fournillier is a commercial disputes solicitor who advises corporate and private clients across a wide range of sectors.

Ajay acts on contractual disputes, complex civil fraud claims, misrepresentation, insolvency litigation, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, receiver appointments and debt recovery.

He also assists clients with arbitration and mediation, and is a member of the firm's Arbitration group.

  • Advising clients in the retail and leisure sector being threatened by creditors during the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • Assisting on a High Court claim which resulted in obtaining judgment against a defendant company and its director for fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract.
  • Assisting on the sale of HMV by its administrators.
  • Assisting on one of the firm's largest corporate M&A transaction involving 15 jurisdictions, helping our client acquire a number of companies.
